At Youth Agency for Community Resilient-YACR, our vision is to create a world where every young person in Australia and in African countries post conflict is equipped with the tools and skills needed to thrive and succeed. To lead change, Promote diversity and inclusion. Advancing the social, economic and cultural prosperity of the nation. Promoting good behaviour among youth in their communities.
We believe that education is a transformative force, and digital literacy and Bible reading are the key that unlocks a world of possibilities. We are dedicated to empowering individuals, transforming communities, and shaping a brighter future for all.
As we look ahead, a central tenet of our vision is to ensure that every appointed place in Congo DRC, Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania, Nigeria, Benin Republic, Zimbabwe, South Africa and South Soudan has a computer lab and Bible reading place within the next five years. We recognize that access to technology is not a luxury but a necessity in today’s interconnected world. By establishing computer labs and Bible reading in some places all over the suburbs, we aim to bridge the digital divide and provide students and researchers with the resources they need to excel academically and beyond.
Our vision extends beyond the physical infrastructure. We strive to create an ecosystem where digital literacy is not just a skill, but a way of life. We envision young people harnessing technology to unleash their creativity, amplify their voices, and contribute to their communities. Through our efforts, we aim to foster a generation that is confident, capable, and equipped to embrace the challenges and opportunities of the future and stop their negative behaviours.
As we work towards our vision, we are guided by the values of empowerment, collaboration, innovation, Holy Spirit and impact. We understand that creating lasting change requires a collective effort, and we are committed to partnering with local communities, educators, churches and like-minded organizations to make our vision a reality.
Join us on this transformative journey as we pave the way for a future where education, Bible reading and technology empower individuals to reach their full potential. With your support, we can turn our vision into a vibrant reality in Congo DRC, Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania, Nigeria, Benin Republic, Zimbabwe, South Africa and South Soudan.
